Beebee’s Bulk Up ’09 – Breaking the 12 stone barrier!
Quick update to celebrate that I’m now 12 stone! First thing in the mornin too. I keep checking for extra fat but I still can’t pinch any, so it’s all piling on as muscle hopefully.
I’m also starting to find my current weights and exercises a little easier now, so I’m guessing another few weeks and it will be bumped up and the pain will start again!

Beebee’s Bulk Up ’09 – Day 22, gettin’ results!
Hey!
I know it’s been over a week since the last update on this but I’ve been back teaching at school and writing lots of new music.
But the weight gain is still going good! I’ve had a full 2 weeks of my programme now and I’ve almost gotten over the initial awful pain of it all! My programme is broken down like this…
Monday = chest and biceps
Tuesday = cardio, swimming
Wednesday = shoulders and legs
Thursday = cardio, swimming
Friday = back and triceps
Sat & Sun rest days, with option of another arms day on on of these.
Abs, stomach and back flexibility every resistance session.
I also got my body fat and BMI measured and as suspected my body fat is very low (14%) and BMI is at 23.5 so I’m all in order. And amazingly after just 3 weeks I’ve gone up from 11st 4 to 11st 12 which I’m really happy with. Feeling much more energised already and possibly even starting to see some change!
Here’s hoping I can keep up this rate of growth

Hi all, so I’ve made it to day 10 and am sticking to it properly still!

I thnk that was about it, I also went o the gym for my programme design to be continued, worked on shoulder and legs today, feeling it but not as bad as the week before! Things are improving already, gonna do a weigh in at the weekend and see how much I’ve gained since I started.
Not sure I can keep up quite this amount of food intake everyday (for 1 the cost is getting silly) however I’m going to be certainly doing so on my training days.
New training regime, Gym on Monday, Wed and Fri with option of extra light session on Sat, then swimming inbetween on Tue and Thursday for my Cardio.

Beebee’s Bulk Up ’09: DAY 3
Hey,
Went to gym again last night for my 2nd programme design session. I was slightly worried what was in store for my poor legs as the trainer guy on wednesday gave me such a lashing on my upper body. Well he wasn’t on, twas a different guy, so I ended up having a rather strange workout, much less intense. Which to be honest was probably not a bad thing as I’m still recovering from the first one.
Really hope that it gets easier sooner rather than later. Have been swimming 4 times this week now too, my front crawl is coming back at last
All in all, it’s hard work but I’m enojoying it so far. I think the hardest part as usual will be keeping up the calorie intake, I think I may have the (naturally) fasest metabolism in the world!
Weekend off now, so no more gym or swim until monday, then I have another session with the proper gym trainer for Wednesday @ 9:30 am.
